I was really excited about this item because I love the print and have several items from other small businesses in the same print, so I wanted a matching lunch box. It took about 21 days to arrive, which I was aware of so I don’t fault them for that. It shipped from China, which I did not realize this was not a US based store. The tracking number I was provided with was linking me to a site my phone didn’t trust so I messaged them and they said they would give me the USPS number once they had it but that didn’t end up happening. The shop was very polite and responsive over message, I’ll give them that. But, I’m giving the lunch box 1 star because the print is really blurry and for the price I paid, it really was not worth it. I would return it, but you have to pay for the return shipping and at that cost I might as well keep it.
