I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Most ready-made items ship within 5-7 days. Print-on-demand and custom items may take 7-14 days to ship. If you need an item by a specific date (such as for a gift), please notify us at the time of order. 

Orders may be shipped via DHL eCommerce, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or ePacket, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical transit time is 14 to 21 business days; however, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track your package every step of the way. Packages may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@bleakboutique.com.

I'm not in love with my order, can it be returned?

We want you to love your items, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Read the full returns policy here: 30-day return policy for eligible items, 

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not shipped. Contact us right away via email or chat to request a cancellation. If your order has already gone into production or has shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and then follow the return instructions above.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us by email or chat as soon as possible so we can correct it on our end. If your order has already shipped to the wrong, incomplete, or invalid address, we cannot offer a refund. In some rare cases, orders in transit can be rerouted by the carrier for a fee. Contact us to see if this is a possible for your order.

There was a problem with my delivery. Now what?

Once orders are shipped, responsibility for transit and delivery transfers to the selected courier. We are not liable for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or damaged in transit. If you believe your order has been affected, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We're happy to support claims where possible, but replacements or refunds are considered on a case-by-case-basis and may require photographic evidence, claim documentation, or confirmation from the courier. 

What does my order tracking status mean?

  • Label Created / Awaiting Pickup: The shipping label is printed, but the package hasn't yet been scanned by the courier.
  • In Transit: Your order is on the move! It's travelling through the courier's network and may pass through several hubs. Some hubs are slower than others, and your order may take a seemingly indirect route to get to you depending on hub congestion, traffic, or weather considerations. 
  • Out for Delivery: the package is on a local delivery truck and should arrive soon! Usually the same or next business day. 
  • Delivered: The package was marked as delivered by the courier. If you don't see it, check with neighbors or in alternate drop-off locations such as back door, garage door, mail room, leasing office, etc. Sometimes the item is marked as delivered but it is actually still out for delivery. Don't panic! Most of the time the package appears within a day or two.
  • Delivery Exception / Delivery Attempted: Something made delivery impossible. This could be an address issue, courier delay, or inaccessible or full mailbox. This usually means the package is still en route but delayed, but in cases where the mailbox is inaccessible, the courier may provide instructions for how to retrieve the parcel.
  • Returned to Sender: The package couldn't be delivered and is being returned to the point of origin. This most commonly happens when the address is incorrect or missing the apartment/suite number. Reach out if this happens so that we can assist.
