I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.

Most ready-made items ship within 5-7 days. Print-on-demand and custom items may take 7-14 days to ship. if you need something by a specific date (such as a gift) please let us know at the time of order and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Orders may be shipped via DHL eCommerce, UPS, FedEx, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical transit time is 14 to 21 business days, but you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at contact@bleakboutique.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 
We want you to be head over heels with your items, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We accept returns on any non-sale or non-customized item within 30 days of delivery. Simply send us an email with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty as long as it has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and then follow the return instructions above.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible at contact@bleakboutique.com so we can correct it on our end. If your order has already shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund but may be able to reroute it in transit for a fee.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

We do receive a large number of emails, so please include your order number (if applicable) and any details you can provide so that we may assist you as efficiently as possible.
